Dr Edward Bach introduced the Bach
Flower Remedies in the 1930’s in England, after many years of research. After following a successful medical career
as an immunologist and bacteriologist, Dr Bach concluded that people’s symptoms
were mostly caused by their emotional state.
So although someone might have a skin rash, joint pains or suffering
from exhaustion, he would treat that person’s emotional symptoms rather than
pain attention to the physical symptoms.
He had excellent results and the Bach Flower Remedies are available worldwide.
Rescue Remedy is a
combination of 5 of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies and is often the first Bach
Flower Remedy that people try. Rescue
Remedy is used for any condition to do with fear or shock, such as going to the
dentist, doing exams, going on stage, hearing ‘bad news’, having an accident,
etc. It can also be used when someone
feels ‘ungrounded’ or ‘not quite themselves’.
Most people once they have used it tend to keep it in the house or in
the car. Rescue Remedy is considered an
‘emergency remedy’, to have on hand for those unexpected accidents or shocks.
The Bach Flower Remedies
are very easy to use. Just add 4 drops
to some spring water and sip on them.
Adults, children and even animals can use them. They have no side effects and can be used
with any type of health programme.
Bach Flower Remedies are
available in single bottles of individual remedies or in a complete set of 38
Bach Flower Remedies and 2 bottles of Rescue Remedy, all 10ml size.
